Redmi, a Xiaomi sub-brand, launched the Redmi Watch 2 Lite smartwatch in India today, alongside the Redmi Note 11 Pro and Redmi Note 11 Pro+. The smartphones were unveiled at a physical offline event in Bengaluru by Redmi. The Redmi Watch 2 Lite is a low-cost smartwatch that will be available in the country starting March 15. Along with other features, the Redmi Watch 2 Lite has a 5ATM water resistance rating and a SpO2 sensor. The new Redmi Watch 2 Lite has the same design and builds quality as the previous Redmi smartwatches. This translates to a large, squarish watch face with rounded corners made entirely of plastic. The smartphones are powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC, which includes a “Twin VC” heat dissipation system and 120W fast charging technology.
