It all begins during his education. He was a student of Mechanical engineering. As said earlier, he was interested in electric and mechanical devices since childhood. This fascination continued and Sweeney finds interest in computers. During these days, he got the personal computer allowing him to turn his interest into a business.

How he set up Epic Games?

During college days, one idea sparked in Sweeney’s mind. That is creating games and selling them out; and the work begins. He spent day and night to learn to program required to develop the game. But he came to know that he required to create a Pascal-based text editor. So that he can write a code for the game. This turn out into the creation of ZZT. Prior to game development, he had established a consulting business called Potomac Computer Systems. Later on, he used it for selling ZZT. Soon, he sold few copies raising over 100 dollars per day. Thus, he decided to work in this field and started Epic Games officially.

Today, many options are available for entertainment. While the most popular option among all is the web series. Many web series on different topics are available today. But if we look back, it was not a common thing like the present days. Perhaps, tech content was absolutely not as popular as it is today. However,  an internet television network called Revision3 made this possible. It is known for producing web television shows presenting fun tech content during 2005-06.

San Francisco based firm Revision3 released several shows on niche topics during those days.  In 2005, Jay Adelson, David Prager, and Kevin Rose set up Revision3 along with their other business partners. Adelson is a well-known American entrepreneur in the field of the internet. He is known for several startups in this field. Like center electric, Opsmatic, and of course Revision3. His work in this field is remarkable and inspiring for any newbie entrepreneur. Jay was listed in the Top 100 Most Influential People in the World in 2008. He is a USA based Internet entrepreneur, known for his startups like Digg, Revision3, Milk, etc. Apart from that, he was the co-host of the famous television web show ‘The Screen Savers’. Because of his contribution to technology, MIT Technology Review TR35 marked him as one of the top 35 innovators in the world under the age of 35.

He was born on 21 February 1977 in Redding in California. Due to some reasons, Rose Family shifted to Las Vegas. Thus, Kevin spent most of his childhood time in there.

David Lawrence Prager

He was born on 17 January 1977. While he attended Trinity University in San Antonio in Texas. There he studied Communication and Media Studies. David worked for Bowne Litigation as a network administrator during his early days of career. As well, he worked at ZDTV, TechTV, and G4.
