Investcorp Secures $570 Million Fund for Cybersecurity and Fintech Ventures
Investcorp Technology Partners V (ITP V) fund has successfully closed, raising $570 million, surpassing its initial target and demonstrating strong investor confidence in the tech sector.
The fund will primarily invest in startups and companies specializing in software, data/analytics, cybersecurity, and fintech.
With $52 billion assets under management and operations across 14 global locations, Investcorp brings significant experience to the table.
The success of Investcorp’s previous $400 million fund is evident from the growth of companies like softgarden, Avira, Ageras, and Impero.
ITP V aims to take controlling stakes in mid-market technology companies with revenues of around $10 million or more and positive EBITDA, with equity investments ranging from $30 million to $75 million.
The fund has already started deploying capital with investments in companies such as VEDA, HWG Sababa, Zift Solutions, and NetRom.
