The OnePlus 9RT, the company’s newest smartphone in the OnePlus 9 series, was released on October 13th. AMOLED display with 120 Hz refresh rate and Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 octa-core processor. At its live event, OnePlus also unveiled the OnePlus Buds Z2 alongside the OnePlus 9RT. The company’s new True Wireless Stereo (TWS) earbuds have 11mm drivers and support Active Noise Canceling (ANC). The OnePlus Buds Z2 has a latency of 94 milliseconds, which is lower than the original OnePlus Buds Z’s 103 milliseconds.
OnePlus 9RT: Specifications And Features
The OnePlus 9RT has a 6.62-inch AMOLED E4 display with a 1080 x 2400 pixel Full HD+ resolution. A 120Hz refresh rate, 397 PPI pixel density, HDR 10+ support, P3 Display color gamut, up to 1300 nits of peak brightness, and Corning Gorilla Glass protection are all features of the display panel. The device is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 octa-core processor under the hood. The smartphone, as previously stated, has up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. On the software front, the device comes pre-installed with Android 12 and ColorOS 12.
The OnePlus 9RT has a triple camera setup that includes a 50MP main camera (Sony IMX766) with OIS and EIS support, as well as a 20MP secondary camera (Sony IMX766) with OIS and EIS support. A 16MP wide-angle lens and a 2MP macro camera are included with the 50MP camera. The smartphone comes with a 16MP selfie camera on the front. On the left side of the device is a warning slider. The Buds Z2 earphones, according to OnePlus, have a battery life of up to 38 hours on a single charge. The earphones have a 40mAh battery that is rated to provide up to seven hours of playback time. In the charging case, the company has included a 520mAh battery, which will affect the overall battery life.
Although the charging case is IPX4 certified, the OnePlus Buds Z2 TWS earbuds are IP55 certified.
The OnePlus Buds Z2, like the OnePlus Buds Z and many other earphones in this category, have touch controls and a transparency mode to help users hear background noise when needed. Each of the OnePlus Buds Z2 earphones is 33×22.44×21.81mm and weighs 4.5 grams. The included charging case is 40.5 grams and measures 73.15×36.80×29.07 mm.

The OnePlus 9RT comes in three colors: silver, black, and blue. The OnePlus 9RT 8GB RAM model with 128GB internal storage costs CNY 3299 (roughly Rs 38,500), while the 8GB/12GB RAM and 256GB internal storage models cost CNY 3499 (roughly Rs 40,900) and CNY 3799 (roughly Rs 44,400) respectively. From October 19, the smartphone will have a starting price at CNY 499. (roughly Rs. 5,800). From October 19, the earbuds will be available for purchase in China. Customers who buy the OnePlus Buds Z2 on the first day of the sale will receive a CNY 100 discount.
