During TechWorld 2021, Lenovo unveiled its new Yoga laptops. New models include the Yoga Slim 7 Pro and Yoga Slim 7 Carbon. Next month, both laptops will be available with Windows 11. As of today, the new laptops are powered by AMD Ryzen 7 mobile processors. Weighing only 1.1 kg, it has three USB Type-C ports. Two USB Type-A ports are included in this model of Lenovo Yoga Slim 7 Pro, which features a 16-inch QHD display. There is up to 16GB of RAM and 1TB of SSD storage in each of the two laptops.
Yoga Slim 7 Carbon: Price And Specifications
Starting at $1289.99, new Lenovo Yoga Slim 7 Carbon laptops are available (about Rs 94,800). Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 7 Carbon will be available next month in North America under the Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 7 Carbon brand. There is only one colour option: cloud grey. As well as a Windows 11 operating system, the Lenovo Yoga Slim 7 Carbon has a Samsung 14-inch QHD + OLED display with a 16:10 aspect ratio and 100 % DECI-P3 colour gamut. It also has an eye protection certification from TUV Rheinland and DisplayHDR True Black 500 certification from VESA.
Up to an AMD Ryzen 75, 800U octa-core processor is available in the Lenovo Yoga Slim 7 Carbon, along with AMD Radeon graphics and optional Nvidia GeForce MX450 graphics cards. Depending on the configuration, this laptop can have up to 16GB of LPDDR4x RAM and up to 1TB of PCIe-M.2 SSD storage. Battery life on Lenovo laptops is claimed to be up to 3 hours on a 15-minute charge with a 61Whr 61Whr battery with dual chargers. Up to 14.5 hours of battery life can be expected on average.
In addition to the Extreme Performance mode, Lenovo Yoga Slim 7 Carbon has an AI-enabled intelligent cooling mode that automatically adjusts to maximise battery life based on your usage. That’s because it’s a military-grade MIL-STD 810H carbon fibre and magnesium alloy laptop that’s ultra-portable.
Yoga Slim 7 Carbon supports Dolby Atmos for a better audio experience, and it has Alexa built-in with Alexa show mode. While it’s equipped with Wi-Fi 6 as well as Bluetooth 5.1, it’s also equipped with automatic screen locking when you leave your computer. It has a 3.5mm audio jack, three USB Type-C ports, and an HDMI port. Lenovo Yoga Slim 7 Carbon has the thinnest part of 14.9mm and weighs only 1.1kg.

Prices in the United States begin at $1,449 (about Rs 1,06,600). Yoga 7 Pro is available as IdeaPad Slim 7 Pro in North America. A cloud grey or storm grey colour option will be available as of the end of the current month. With a 16-inch QHD IPS touchscreen display, 500nit peak brightness, 120Hz refresh rate and TUV Lineland Iconfort certification, VESA DisplayHDR 400 certification, and 100 % SRGB colour gamut coverage, the Lenovo Yoga Slim 7 Pro runs under Windows 11. Its touchpad is 11% larger than its predecessor’s, and it has gesture response built-in to make it more user-friendly.
With a 120Hz refresh rate, Lenovo Yoga Slim 7 Pro has a 120Hz refresh rate. Lenovo Yoga Slim 7 Pro can be equipped with AMD Ryzen 7 5800H processors and Nvidia GeForce RTX 3050 graphics cards. A 75Whr battery is said to provide up to 12.5 hours of battery life. It has up to 16GB of dual-channel DDR4 RAM and up to 1TB of PCIe M.2 SSD2 storage. In addition to a smart noise-cancelling microphone that reduces ambient noise, the Yoga Slim 7 Pro has an integrated infrared camera, as well as Alexa voice command support. It is also compatible with Dolby Atmos and Dolby Vision.
